Our boutique cake decorating supplies shop is looking to expand our retail and customer service team.   If you have retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and are passionate about all things Cake and Baking, then one of these roles could be suited to you.

Key Job responsibilities

1. Providing excellent service to both our in store and online customers.
2. Developing and building relationships with our regular clientele.
3. Identifying customers needs and in turn, helping them purchase the suitable products.
4. Picking and Packing online orders
5. Assisting in maintaining the in-store retail operations.

To succeed in this role you will have

1. A passion for the cake decorating industry and have sound knowledge of cake decorating products and techniques
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, a helpful and friendly manner,  good problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. The ability to work well within an often fast paced retail environment
5. Previous experience within the retail industry (preferred)
6. Availability for shifts between 10am-4pm Tuesday - Friday’s and  Saturday mornings.
