These board Guides are designed to help create an adorable little clam shape.
Simply use one on either side to achieve the heart shape. Make sure you cover them in glad wrap first so they can be removed after using.
Handy tip: Pop the whole cake in the fridge to set before trying to remove the guides. This way the icing will be set and wont peel off the side. We have vidoes on our Instagram page of using shaped cake guides. All guides can be used by following the same process. You can view our page HERE
They are made with 3mm frosted acrylic. Because we use frosted acrylic the glad wrap does not get stuck to the acrylic guide.
Cake Pictured was created using the 8" guides.
Please select whether you would like the stencil with your guides, that we used to create the side pattern on the cake. This is only available when you order the 8" guides. The stencil can also be used like all cake stencils by applying icing over the top to create the raised pattern.
