Pattern Shape Plate Kit- Mini Gingerbread House and Man

Our adorable Mini Gingerbread House and Man pattern shape plate kit is ideal for creating gorgeous Gingerbread House and Gingerbread Man cookies and fondant decorations with ease.  4 House Shapes and 5 men shapes in one simple roll!! Seasonal baking just got a whole lot easier.

Simply roll your fondant over the back of the acrylic pattern plate, and peel back to reveal the raised pattern. Then use the cutter provided to cut out the house shape. Then use the detail cutters to cut the show trimmings.  It's up to you how much detail you would like to add to the design, I have used sprinkles to add the sweet details.

The non stick surface allows you to roll across the plate with minimal or no corn flour, and the deep cavities leave such an impact in your fondant.

We recommend using warm soapy water to wash your pattern plates in, and then dry off, tap out the excess water from the cavities and leave upside down to continue to dry on a tea towel. They are not dishwasher safe. You can also use decorator’s rose spirit on a tea towel/paper towel to really clean the surface without compromising the product.

Make sure your fondant is thick enough to achieve a lovely raised pattern. Approx. 3-4 mm is a great place to start, as it rolls out thinner once you are rolling across the back of the plate.
