Our acrylic ganache guides help you achieve sharp top edges and straight sides on your cake.

Handy hints:

1. Tightly cover your guides in glad wrap before using, it makes the guides easy to remove when finished. Secure the glad wrap with sticky tape.

2. Once iced, pop the whole cake in the fridge to set before trying to remove the guides. This way the icing will be set and wont pull away with the glad wrap when the guides are removed.

3. Use a second acrylic guide on the bottom and align both guides. You simply fill out your icing to the edges of the guides and scrape back the excess using a ganache scraper.
